1. Service Overview

DenseReader is a browser extension that provides AI-powered webpage summarization. The extension is developed and operated by Wealth Maker Masterclass Limited.

2. Acceptance

By installing or using the DenseReader extension, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.

3. Free Tier

The free tier provides on-device AI summarization with a limit of 5 summaries per day, densities 1-3, and clipboard-only export. On-device AI uses Chrome's built-in Prompt API and Summarizer API — no data leaves your device.

4. Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Features include unlimited summaries, all density levels (1-5), server-side AI processing via Deepseek, and additional export options (Markdown, Notion, Readwise).

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds.
• Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days' notice.

5. License Keys

Pro license keys are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser. Sharing, reselling, or publicly distributing license keys is prohibited and will result in revocation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use automated tools to excessively query the API

7. Disclaimer

DenseReader summarizations are AI-generated and may contain errors or omissions. Do not rely solely on summaries for critical decisions. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wealth Maker Masterclass Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the extension or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
